Job SummaryThis role reports to the head of Security Architecture and Product Security and responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to maintain strong security and resiliency of Bottomline’s products and services. As the Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and assessing the end-to-end security controls across Bottomline’s products and services.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Compliance and Standards – Stay information on the regulatory requirements and security frameworks (e.g., SWIFT, NACHA, PCI, NIST, GLBA). Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to vulnerability management.
Information Security Polices and Standards – Partner with the information security GRC teams to influence enhancements to information security polices and standards.
Architecture design and development – partner with Enterprise Architecture and key stakeholders to design end to end security controls across products and services.
Threat modeling – partner with Penetration testing team to design and execute effective threat modeling on key products and services.
Security Governance – work closely with IT Delivery teams, Enterprise Architecture and Information Security GRC teams to ensure products are built and maintained in accordance to the required security patterns
Required Experience & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Security Architecture
Bachelor’s degree
Strong knowledge on security controls across all domains – physical, network, endpoints, application and data
Strong knowledge across all core security domains – zero trust architecture, Data Protection, Cryptography, Attack Surface Management, Vulnerability Mgmt, Access Mgmt etc.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GLBA, GDPR, SWIFT)
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
Cyber certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, CASP+,CEH) or equivalent
