About the Role:

As an Unarmed Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. You will play a crucial role in preventing unauthorized access, theft, and property damage. Your presence and vigilance will deter potential security threats and ensure the safety of all individuals within the premises. By maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor, you will provide a sense of security and reassurance to our clients and their visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Security Guard license or certification.
Strong knowledge of fire control and prevention techniques.
Experience with access control systems and procedures.
Familiarity with fire alarm systems and emergency response protocols.
Proficient in radio communication and basic control room operations.
Ability to handle property damage incidents and follow proper reporting procedures.
Capable of operating innovative security technologies and tools.
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance for security equipment.
Physical fitness to climb stairs and perform regular patrols.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure the assigned premises.
Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.

Skills:

In this role, your skills in security guard operations, fire control, access control, fire alarm systems, radio communication, control room operations, property damage management, innovative security technology operation, preventive maintenance, and physical fitness will be utilized on a daily basis. You will use your security guard knowledge to conduct patrols, enforce access control, and respond to alarms and emergencies. Your expertise in fire control and prevention will help ensure the safety of the premises. Proficiency in radio communication and control room operations will enable effective communication and coordination. Your ability to handle property damage incidents and operate innovative security technologies will contribute to maintaining a secure environment. Additionally, your understanding of preventive maintenance and physical fitness will support the overall security operations.
