The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
Job DutiesSES is looking for an energetic Security Associate Manager to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) F-16 Program. Specific job duties include but are not limited to:
Lead a team of personnel in the execution of all security
requirements across multiple contracts in support of the
F-16 program
Mentor, guide, and provide regular, consistent feedback
to the team with regards to work performance, personal
growth ,and career development
Track, analyze, and summarize security metrics for all
levels of security leadership
Establish and maintain effective relationships within the
corporation and externally with government customers.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN – This position is located in a facility that may require special access.
