Security/Barback *Late night* Jobs in Gardena, CA at Party on Western
Party on Western is looking for the right fit for our Bouncer/ Barback position. Someone who knows the area strongly preferred. Someone with the ability to get along with all of our customers and keep the party going peacefully. Violence or aggression is never tolerated, from guests and employees alike. Your duties would include assisting our security staff in keeping everything peaceful throughout the nights, keeping out troublemakers so that our customers can enjoy partying in peace, bar backing and assisting bartenders in offering great service, keeping our parking lots clean and clear, helping in closing duties and most importantly making sure our staff are safe and have everything they need throughout the night! Mostly bar back shifts and some security/ door shifts. Hourly pay different for tipped shifts vs. Door position shifts higher hourly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
