We are recruiting for an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our fast paced and dynamic operations team.
Palmaris Services are a leading property services company based in Coatbridge. The operations supervisor will be based in Coatbridge however, site visits and client facing time is an essential part of the role. A car is provided with the job.
Responsibilities of the role include the ability to schedule staff efficiently, recruit new staff as required, manage our mobile cleaning teams, provide clear instruction and audit sites to ensure standards are being maintained and liaise with clients on all operational and contractual issues.
Our client base of property agents are split between Edinburgh and Glasgow therefore, a willingness to travel is essential.
Specific requirements of the role:
2 years in an operations or similar role
Cleaning industry experience an advantage but not essential
Calm under pressure and able to deal with high a pace work environment
Experience in quoting and costing for new work
Working as part of a team

Company vehicle (electric vehicle)
The hours of work are 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday however, we are a 24/7 business and therefore, a degree of flexibility will be required to manage/resolve issues out with the contracted hours.
