OVERVIEW
We are seeking professionals with experience in SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and other cybersecurity compliance frameworks. If you have a strong understanding of IT controls, risk management, and compliance automation tools, this is the perfect opportunity to work with a cutting-edge cybersecurity firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in conducting compliance assessments (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
Document and evaluate IT security controls across multiple engagement teams
Review audit readiness evidence, walkthroughs, and risk controls to ensure compliance
Utilize compliance automation and GRC tools to enhance assessment efficiency
Address compliance review comments and ensure timely documentation updates
Assist in the continuous improvement of audit readiness methodologies and security frameworks
Support internal initiatives and compliance-related projects as assigned

Controls documented per week
Control comments addressed in one week or less
Weekly status updates provided to engagement teams
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience related to audit readiness, walkthroughs, control implementation, and documentation for SOC 2 and ISO27001 engagements
Working knowledge and technical experience with Windows OS, Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, and SQL Server
Familiarity with tools, such as GSuite, Slack, compliance automation, and GRC software
Exemplary time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work remotely and independently 100% of the time
Ability to meet with engagement teams weekly during US working hours
Professional working proficiency in English is preferred (B2, C1, C2)
