Best Defense Fire Protection is seeking to add a part time professional to manage our HR and payroll processing.
Duties Include
Employee Onboarding
HR Management
Apprenticeship management
401K Plan administration through ADP
Health and supplemental plans administration
Payroll processing through ADP
Payroll reporting
Payroll verification in coordination with admin team.
Assist in accounting functions to fill schedule.
Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years HR / Payroll.
Experience in QuickBooks and or other accounting software and ability to learn our advanced accounting software package.
Proficient experience in Excel
Ability to communicate and pursue payments from past due customers.
