We are seeking experienced Security Control Center Leader to join our team. As a Security Control Center Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our security operations and ensuring the safety of our personnel and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the security control center team
Monitor advanced security systems including CCTV and access control
Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response procedures
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed
Maintain detailed security incident records and prepare management reports
Conduct regular team training sessions
Evaluate and improve security measures
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher (Security Management degree preferred)
Proven experience in industrial security.
Familiarity with HCIS security protocols
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Proficiency with security technology and systems
Working Hours: The position involves shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available for emergency response.
