Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with management to provide top-tier security services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide leadership to security officers across assigned locations.
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols and company standards.
Address and resolve security-related incidents, concerns, and breaches in a timely manner.
Train and mentor security personnel, ensuring they are knowledgeable and prepared for their roles.
Coordinate with management to ensure client satisfaction and address security needs.
Prepare and submit incident reports, shift reports, and other documentation as required.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety procedures.
Assist in scheduling and deployment of security personnel to maintain adequate coverage.
Investigate security breaches or unusual activities and take appropriate action.
Serve as a point of contact for emergencies and liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice or related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
Valid security license/certification (as required by state regulations).
Ability to operate security equipment and surveillance systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in law enforcement, military, or corporate security.
CPR, First Aid, or other emergency response certifications.
Familiarity with workplace safety and risk management procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
