We are now interviewing for the Courtesy Patrol Supervisor.
As Courtesy Patrol Supervisor, you will lead and inspire your team to grow their passion for Courtesy Patrol Services to protect our clients and residents. The Courtesy Patrol Supervisor is also responsible for managing the operations and expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the selection, hiring, and training of officers
Evaluate the performance of your courtesy patrol team
Be available for emergency calls
Find coverage in case of call-offs
Meet with clients and ensure their satisfaction
Investigate and respond to employee and escalated client matters
Communicate and facilitate the effective implementation of policies and procedures
Provide ongoing support, including tools and resources to help the team succeed, and filling in where needed
The Ideal Candidate
3 years as a security manager or courtesy patrol supervisor
Must possess a high school diploma and some college
Minimum of 2 years of leadership-level experience
Must have a very flexible schedule to work days or evenings
Must be a great leader and coach with a great work ethic
Skills Required
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Active listening skills
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Attention to detail
