Security Device Merchandiser Jobs in United States at Apollo Retail
Continuous observation of all guests for safety of themselves others and the staff while maintaining a positive working relationship with other staff and management to successfully complete shift
Check ID’s – knowing what to look for
RCS training course completed within 10 days of employment
Enforce company dress code
Monitor foot traffic
Stop problems at the door before guests enter
Watching for contraband or weapons
Helping to ensure guests are not over served
Helping intoxicated patrons find safe transportation home
DE-ESCALATING confrontations
Physically remove patrons from premises only when absolutely necessary, but not using unnecessary force
Self-defense is equal force and aggressive behavior is against company policy
Immediate documentation of situations
Responsible for calling law enforcement
Staff must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
