Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Receive and prioritize incoming calls from various sources, including emergency services, guests, and internal staff.

Gather relevant information from callers to assess the situation and determine the appropriate response.

Dispatch personnel such as law enforcement officers or service technicians to designated locations.

Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken.

Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to identify potential security threats or incidents.

Coordinate with other departments for resource management.

Provide clear instructions to field personnel regarding assignments.

Use CAD systems and software to document incidents and generate reports.

Handle escalated calls or complaints professionally and effectively.

Train new hires and assist the Dispatch Manager with administrative tasks.

Act as liaison when the Dispatch Manager is unavailable.

Be willing to fill in on shifts when needed due to call outs or PTO.

Perform any other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications include knowledge of report writing, law enforcement protocols, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office, ability to remain calm under pressure, conflict management skills, and flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be at least 21 years old and have prior experience in dispatching, loss prevention, or surveillance preferred. Must maintain appropriate gaming license and alcohol awareness card.

Physical demands involve sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and constant use of vision and hands. The work environment is indoor, with potential exposure to noise, fumes, dust, and secondhand smoke.
