ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Serve and promote a safe environment for guests and team members through keen observation
Provide exceptional guest service by maintaining a polite, friendly, and professional appearance and demeanor
Oversee the productivity and trends of the departments Security Dispatchers.
Monitor radio traffic and ensure Dispatchers ascertain the necessary information to allow the Officers conduct their duties in a safe and successful manner
Ensure Department Dispatchers are logging definitive information in the logs of the Officers’ actions, the incident type, and results of the incident itself also inquiring any further information necessary
Provide effective training for all Security Department Dispatchers to include use of reporting systems
Identify safety hazards within the property.
Teach tactical communication and information gathering and documentation.
Monitor the information and radio etiquette of the Department Dispatchers
Ensuring SOPs regarding the 402 (fire) system are up to date, along with Quarterly practical training.
Coordinate on a professional basis with applicable departments to certify new Dispatch positions
Knowledge of property ethical and procedural standards
Proper radio communication
Investigative skills
Strong grammatical background and proper formatting capabilities regarding documentation
Multitasking – Monitor live video feeds, answer telephones, and communicate via radio in professional and polite manner
Computer literacy across a broad spectrum of software and hardware.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Must be 21 years of age
Have either a High School diploma or GED
Submit to and pass company paid drug screen test
Submit company paid background check
Obtain and maintain required licenses including an Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Gaming Card
Completed the Dispatch Training Course
Has received a 402 ( Fire) certificate by the Life Safety System Technician
Have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and employees at all levels of the company.
Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions through decisive judgment.
Interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

QUALIFICATIONS

Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
Previous experience in security field or background in Management and Security Dispatching is required.
Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities are a must, a professional appearance is required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance visions, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
