Stratigos Dynamics Inc., a veteran and law enforcement-centric company is seeking highly motivated individuals with prior military or law enforcement experience to join our Security Response Team.
Job Summary: As a member of the Security Response Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ assets and personnel. Your primary role will involve rapid response to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations, and maintaining a high level of vigilance. Applicants MUST have prior military or law enforcement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and incidents.
Perform routine and random patrols of assigned areas.
Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents and investigations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years prior military or law enforcement experience is Mandatory!
Possess a clean criminal background.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Physical fitness and ability to perform the duties of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods.
Qualifications:
Possess or be able to obtain an armed security guard license.
Proficient in using basic tablet/smartphone applications.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Have a valid TWIC card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
Working Conditions:
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
May require standing or walking for extended periods.
Job Type:
Full-time
7 days on, 7 days off, 12-hour shifts
Pay rate: 20.00.hr increased to 23.00 after a 30 day probationary period.
