Overview:
This role involves gathering and organizing information, responding to audits and adding privacy checks and balances into team processes to maintain the highest standards of data protection and privacy. The management of website and data assets are critical in helping our team achieve our goal of broadening our reach and education of clinical trials to representative populations globally, with the goal of accelerating enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Privacy Audits: Gather information to help team complete privacy audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
Process Management: Partner with internal colleagues to ensure all procedures are sequenced in the team’s workflow. Partner with Sr. Director of Website Compliance to develop and deliver training programs to educate team on privacy and compliance requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and incidents. Propose storage structure of documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on compliance and privacy issues to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2-4 years of Industry experience doing exact role in website compliance, privacy, or a related field.
Skills: Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
