Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of service, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage conflicts while ensuring safety and compliance.
Duties
Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain productivity.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety standards are met.
Manage conflict resolution among staff and customers effectively.
Oversee loss prevention measures, including surveillance systems (CCTV) and security protocols.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, employee performance, and operational issues.
Collaborate with management to develop training programs for staff on first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
Active Arizona State Unarmed Guard Card required
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems (CCTV).
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
