Secureone Security Services is currently recruiting additional dynamic, responsible leaders to join our leadership team as a Field Supervisors in Tempe, Arizona!
Position Overview:
Schedule: Night shift- TBD between hours of 8p-6a (Discussed further in interview)
Compensation: $20.54-$24.04 Hourly DOE
POSITION OVERVIEW
Effectively manage, motivate, coach, and formally evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.
Assist with the development and implementation of measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and costs/benefits of each area of responsibility.
Excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills, present ideas in a clear and compelling manner with strict attention to detail.
Emotionally intelligent with excellent people skills and ability to develop and manage successful business relationships with clients and prospective clients.
Strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.
Present ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
Complete patrol stops and site inspections at static accounts on a regular basis.
Provide training, guidance through mentorship and corrective counseling for Security Officers.
Make recommendations for the creation, modification, and updating of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines as they relate to field operations.
Respond to incidents in the field proactively and in response to requests for assistance from any Secureone Security Manager, Supervisor, Assigned Agent/Officer and Client.
Continually review all aspects of the Field Support for potential improvement and profitability.
Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization and client operations.
Ability to create detailed, professional, and proactive reports for our clients utilizing our electronic guard reporting software. (No Paper Reports!!)
Deliver a “Gold Standard” level of customer service and commitment based of SecureOne core values.
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards while upholding the integrity of our clients and Secureone.
Be flexible to work extra shifts and overtime as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECURITY FIELD SUPERVISOR
At least 25 years old.
Must obtain, by the first day of work, required security licenses (we can provide assistance with this if needed)
High school diploma or equivalent
Legal right to work in the United States
Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening.
Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English.
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Valid phone number and working cell phone.
Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift.
