Full Job Description
NSG, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Security Flex Officers to work a 3rd shift schedule at multiple locations throughout the greater Cincinnati area. As a Security Flex Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ facilities.
Must have open availablity to work 3rd shift throughout the week (40 Hours) – (10p-6a, 11p-7a & 9p-5a depending on site schedule).
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
This position pays $19.00-20.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday.

Responsibilities:
Monitor safety equipment and cameras to maintain a secure environment.
Conduct scheduled walking rounds of the facilities.
Report any incidents promptly to the proper authorities.
Maintain a secure site by addressing policy or process violators.
Requirements:
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Availability for 3rd shift hours (10p-6a, 11p-7a & 9p-5a.) with open availability throughout the week (32-40 hours per week).
1-2 years of security or relevant experience (preferred but not required).
Background in military, law enforcement, or corrections is preferred (not required).
Ability to pass a complete pre-employment background check.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay: $19.00-20.00 per hour.
Weekly pay every Friday.

Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Professional and cordial interaction with the public.
Physical Requirements:
Walking, standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 lbs.
