Investigate computer and e-commerce fraudunder various streams of information: credit cards involved with e-ticket transactions, park information and external partner’s programs/security software.
Liaise with outside agencies and guests to collect and investigate potential cyber fraud situations.
Perform data mining duties and follow up on potential leads.
Use surveillance monitors to support the investigation process.
Work with Loss Prevention Management on investigations.
Complete reports and use park database systems to collect/analyze data.

Qualifications:
You!
Successful completion of eConnect & Accertify training programs (employment conditional upon completion).
Individuals enrolled in a post-secondary Forensic Accounting/Computer Security program or equivalent experience.
Prior experience with unencrypted data (an asset).
Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland.
Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
