Indiana’s premiere contract guard service is looking for a Part-time Gate Attendant Guard at a local lumberyard here in Elkhart. As a Gate Attendant, our job is to make sure the guests are leaving with the correct lumber/building materials.
Upon entering the lumberyard, the guest will give you their picking ticket upon entering, we scan the picking ticket in and direct them into the yard to pick up their product. When they leave, they will check back out with you. We scan the ticket out and count their product when they leave just to make sure they have everything.
Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle!
Building material knowledge is helpful. (example- understands what a 2×4 board is, drywall, plywood, insulation, how to read a tape measure etc.
