Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Responsibilities:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized entry
– Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
– Conduct routine inspections of access points, gates, and doors
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of events
– Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
– Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary. Scan customer IDs and update their information if needed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of security operations and procedures is a plus
– Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security risks
– Excellent communication and customer services skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
– CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
– Familiarity with computer, CCTV systems and other security equipment is advantageous
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security-related fields is a plus
