Now Hiring: Security Personnel – Late Nights & Flexible Schedule
We are seeking experienced Security Personnel to join our team. This role requires late-night availability, a flexible schedule, and the ability to adjust to last-minute changes as needed. Candidates must be able to work until at least 2:30 a.m. and be comfortable handling a dynamic nightlife environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong security presence and ensure the safety of guests and staff
Monitor entry points, check IDs, and enforce venue policies
De-escalate conflicts and respond quickly to any disturbances or emergencies
Conduct routine patrols inside and outside the venue to prevent incidents
Assist with crowd control and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the night
Communicate effectively with management, staff, and emergency services when necessary
Adapt to last-minute schedule changes and additional security needs for special events
Requirements:
Previous security experience is required (preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or event settings)
Must be available for late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work until at least 2:30 a.m.
Must have a flexible schedule and be open to last-minute changes
Strong observational and conflict-resolution skills
Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle security-related situations
Security certifications or licenses (if required by local regulations) are a plus
