Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at AiR Institute Of Realization. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and premises. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
Proven work experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a corporate or institutional setting
Excellent knowledge of security procedures and protocols
Ability to operate security equipment and systems such as CCTV cameras, access control panels, and alarms
Strong observation and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Roles And Responsibilities
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals
Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or any form of security breaches
Provide high visibility security presence to deter illegal activities and ensure a safe environment
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Maintain a detailed incident log and prepare reports on any suspicious activities or incidents
Escort individuals as required and enforce access control and visitor management policies
Monitor and control access points, CCTV cameras, and other security systems
Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid or CPR if necessary
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as required
Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment

Salary-
Fixed salary with monthly performance based Incentives.
