Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
– Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
– Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
– Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
– Secure all exits, doors, and windows after hours
– Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
– Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
– Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
– Provide assistance to people in need
Experience:
– Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
– Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
– Familiarity with report writing
– Excellent surveillance and observation skills
– Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems operation
– Trained in First Aid and CPR is a plus
Requirements:
– DPSST Unarmed Professional License
– Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
– Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals
