Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Duties
– Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
– Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
– Investigate alarms or disturbances and respond accordingly
– Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
– Call for assistance from police or fire departments in case of emergency
Requirements
– Prior experience in security-related roles preferred
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
– Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
– Certification in CPR, First Aid, or Conflict Management is a plus
– Military or law enforcement background is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
