Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a proactive approach to security, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Duties
Monitor and control access entering and leaving the premises at the designated entrance.
Checking identification of visitors to the property and issuing the necessary pass.
Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Observe and report any suspicious or criminal activity to deter theft, property damage or any other criminal behavior.
Skills
Strong people and conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Background or training in law enforcement is advantageous.
Military experience may be considered an asset for this role.
Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours.
