Responsibilities:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
– Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
– Respond to alarms and investigate situations as directed by Management.
– Monitor CCTV.
– Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas, and report in a daily digital log.
– Write reports on incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities, and be comfortable using a computer and web paged software.
– Provide assistance to homeowners, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
– Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position for minimum of 2 years
– Familiarity with report writing and surveillance procedures, and with computers
– Strong observation skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and patrolling on foot
Shifts available 12am-8am (overnight) and 8-4pm
