Job Summary
Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol Duties:
Regular patrols of the premises are conducted to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security
Access Control:
Provides and implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems
Incident Response:
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and employees, addressing their concerns, and providing directions as needed
Enforcement:
Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment
Qualifications:
Required:
Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age
Must consent to a criminal background check
Valid Identification
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in security
Physical Requirments:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
Ability to travel between store locations
