We are Hiring for the Following:
Immediate Temporary Assignments in Your Area
Job Starts Immediately
Monday-Friday (4:00am-12:00pm)
Monitoring a Loading Bay for 8 hour shift
Bathroom on site
Approximately 40 hours a week
Guaranteed Compensation & Benefits:
$21.00/hr- Veterans make an extra $1/hr ($22.00) with DD214
Weekly pay with Direct Deposit

Job Requirements:
Work Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts
Have a working smartphone and use reporting software on it.
Be able to work ALL Monday-Friday (4:00am-12:00pm) shifts
Stay awake and alert during shifts.
Receive and implement feedback from supervisors. (Very Important)
Follow company policies, client and supervisor instructions, site-specific operations, and post orders.
Interact professionally with the public, clients, law enforcement, emergency services, and fellow Security Guards.
Timeliness is crucial at Lookout Security. Arriving a few minutes early is considered on time, being precisely on time is expected, and consistent lateness negatively impacts operations. Your commitment to punctuality ensures a smooth and respectful working environment.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid and active Arizona Guard Card.
Need at least one year of security experience or equivalent.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Able to communicate quickly and effectively with clients and Management.
Strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with report writing.
Experience in monitoring and surveillance.
Ability to multitask.
Must remain free from illicit substances. (Drug test will be administered prior to employment).
