Provide protection for all team members and guests of the company and its assets.

Interact with local law enforcement agencies, as required.
Respond to reports of guest or team member injury or illness.
Preserve the scene of criminal activity for investigators and outside agencies.
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous security experience preferred.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
Proven experience remaining calm in high stress and emergency situations.
Experience accurately perceiving, soundly reasoning, and correctly judging situations, occurrences and circumstances; assessing and prioritizing situations and determining appropriate response.
Proven experience calmly working with upset patrons.
Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
At least 21 years of age
Ability to communicate effectively in English & Spanish, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.

Ability to successfully perform in a timely manner all the physical movements associated with situations that may present to Security personnel; including movements necessary to successfully complete company-assigned training courses applicable to the essential duties of the position
