Each day is a set price, and the customers will be able to purchase each item no matter how big, how small or value it is for that price they decided to come in, and buy it from our table bins. .
Duties:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
– Prevent unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Monitor and control access points, including checking identification and verifying credentials
– Conduct security checks of the premises, including inspecting doors, windows, and gates
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity or violations
– Complete administrative tasks as directed by Store Manager
– Dispose of packing materials properly
– Ability to move and/or lift up to 45 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
– Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
– Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
– Good physical condition with the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
– Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage.
– Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism
– Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and legal regulations related to security operations
– Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and practices
– Experience with CCTV systems and other security equipment is preferred
– Valid First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
