Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with an emphasis on conflict management, surveillance, and loss prevention. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the premises while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Respond promptly to incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to defuse tense situations.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Check ID’s to verify patrons are of legal age upon entering the establishment.
Requirements
Previous is preferred but not necessary.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
