CAPITAL is seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard plays a critical role in safeguarding the premises, employees, and assets of an automotive facility, such as a dealership, manufacturing plant, or storage facility. This role involves monitoring and enforcing security measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Security Guard Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols to check for any suspicious activity
Control access to the facility by verifying the identity of individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the premises
Issue and track visitor badges and maintain accurate records of access
Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring that all individuals within the facility comply with safety and security regulations
Work closely with other security personnel, management, and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns effectively
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and operations, to enhance overall security measures
All other duties assigned
Security Guard Requirements:
Must be available night and weekends
Experience in security-related roles, preferably in an automotive or industrial setting
Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control procedures
Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations
Physical fitness and ability to conduct regular patrols
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
