Bayside Patrol & Investigations, Inc. is actively recruiting professional and responsible drivers with Guard Cards to work as Mobile Patrol Officers. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable field experience for those seeking a future career in law enforcement! All shifts start and end at our office in Santa Clara and cover different areas of Santa Clara County. Patrol Officers patrol multiple properties in a marked company patrol vehicle. Primary objective is to be a visible deterrent to criminal activity on our client’s properties. Other responsibilities include responding to calls for service such as people trespassing, loitering, noise disturbances, etc. Parking enforcement is also an important task. Most sites are upscale residential or commercial properties requiring interaction with residents and the general public. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must! Most positions are full time with limited part time opportunities available. Most shifts are swing or grave with limited day shift positions available. Overtime opportunities available.

This position requires a lot of driving, getting in and out of your patrol vehicle multiple times per hour, doing foot patrols, locking and unlocking facilities, etc. This is a demanding position with a busy schedule and no down time other then your meal break and rest breaks. Anyone looking for an easy stress free job should not apply.

Although we do allow limited secondary employment our full-time positions require us to be your primary employer. For safety reasons we can’t allow our Mobile Patrol Officers (drivers) to work another job on the same days they are working for us to ensure they get enough rest between shifts.
