About Us:
S&S Labor Force, dba JRM, is a nationwide leader in the security industry, specializing in special events, concert/venue staffing and logistics. We are currently seeking a part-time Events Security Manager to join our Special Events division!
Principal Responsibility:
The Events Security Manager will be responsible for the smooth coordination and execution of security services for their assigned special events.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensure smooth execution of safety and security services for assigned special events
Coordinate security logistics and staffing for events
Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
Collaborate with event organizers and law enforcement agencies as needed
Assist in the preparation and implementation of our event staff training
Ensure event staff adheres to company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid California Guard Card required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervisory or management role. Preferably in event security, preferably in high-visibility events
Proficient computer skills
Ability to learn company-specific software
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Holidays
Morning shift
Night shift
Weekends as needed
