Key Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned property to ensure safety and security
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Write detailed daily activity reports
Respond to incidents and report suspicious activities
Provide excellent customer service to residents, clients, and visitors
Requirements:
Valid California Guard Card (required)
Must have a smartphone (required)
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Strong communication and observation skills
Must be at least 18 years old
