Job Description: Patrol Security Guard
Position: Patrol Security Guard
Shift Hours: 4-hour shifts, 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Large HOA Community
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Patrol Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of a large HOA community during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and experience in the security field.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the community to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of residents and property.
Monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate parties.
Enforce community rules and regulations as outlined by the HOA.
Provide assistance to residents and visitors when necessary.
Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times.
Accurately complete and submit incident and activity reports as required.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid and current driver’s license.
Security Guard Card: Must possess an active and valid security guard registration card (as required by California BSIS or your state’s equivalent).
Clean Record: A clean criminal background is required.
Experience: Minimum of [Insert Years] years of experience in security patrol or a similar role preferred.
Professional Appearance: Must present a clean, professional appearance at all times, including wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform.
Availability: Ability to work overnight hours and commit to the assigned schedule.
