Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to prevent unauthorized access, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to any security breaches or emergencies that may arise.
Duties:
– Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
– Enforce access control procedures
– Respond promptly to alarms and incidents
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
– Complete detailed incident reports
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Perform loss prevention duties to minimize theft or damage
– Conduct investigations into suspicious activities
Requirements:
– Proven experience in security or law enforcement preferred
– Strong conflict management skills
– Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– First Aid and CPR certification preferred
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong attention to detail and observation skills
