Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is a vital role in ensuring the protection of people and property.
Duties:
– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access
– Conduct regular security checks of premises
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems
– Enforce company policies and procedures
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
– Handle conflicts or incidents in a professional and calm manner
– Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards
– Assist with emergency situations, including evacuations if necessary
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred
– CPR and First Aid certification preffered
– Strong conflict management skills
– Ability to remain calm under pressure
– Familiarity with surveillance techniques and equipment
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
