Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to to join our team in Rowlett, TX on Ray Hubbard. This is an overnight position Friday-Sunday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, the ability to walk outdoor terrains, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will conduct regular patrols, and respond promptly to incidents.

Responsibilities
Monitor and document entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond quickly and effectively to alarms or emergencies, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations as they arise, employing conflict management techniques.
Prepare detailed nightly reports with photos online.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary in cases of emergencies or investigations.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or fraud situations.
Experience
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
