Join Our Team as a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer – 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)
Set Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Metro Security is on the lookout for a sharp, dependable, and people-focused Unarmed Security Officer to become a key part of our team. This is a full-time position on second shift (3 PM – 11 PM) with a fixed weekly schedule—you’ll have consistency and stability in your workweek while playing a vital role in keeping our marina safe and welcoming.
What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly and professional face at the gate—monitoring and recording vehicles and guests coming and going.
Assist patrons with directions and support while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
Respond swiftly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents—your cool head makes all the difference.
Identify and report any safety hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues.
Work closely with onsite staff and local emergency responders to ensure a smooth and safe operation.
Keep detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and notable observations.
Help manage crowds during busy times or special events.
Always follow company policies and legal guidelines to the letter.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of your regular schedule.
