Job Summary
Bales Security is looking for Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers to work in the Tampa area. Our Unarmed Security Officers must have a strong work ethic, and possess quality customer service skills. Qualified officers must have their D SECURITY LICENSES issued by the State of Florida, and reliable transportation is a must. Successful candidates must know how to work smart, possess situational awareness of their surroundings, and understand and follow Post Order requirements as well as Florida State Laws.
Our Agency represents all manner of important client sites such as Schools, Executives, Banks, and other high-profile environments. Qualifications:

Proficiency in writing reports;
Strong observation and quick decision-making skills
Proficiency in using electronics;
Present a clean and sharp image while wearing their uniform;
Possess a high level of customer service skills;
Reliable transportation is a must;
