Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Security guard for a high-volume cannabis retailer. This person must be able to be friendly to our customers and peers while standing watch and have strong verbal deescalations techniques. Must be a team player and have strong attention to detail.
Must be familiar with using or being comfortable to carry a non lethal pepper ball gun while on shift. At least 3+ years of security experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Must have open availability, including nights and weekends; Must be at least 21+ years of age. Background check required.
Duties include:
Standing guard, acting as a visual detererant outside of store.
Supporting and communicating with store Managers and peers to insure their and customers’ safety.
Creating a welcoming and friendly experience to whomever walks into the store
Being able to stand for at least 8 hours per shift
Writing an EOD Report per each shift
Keeping front of Store and around perimeter of store clean

Compensation: $27 Hourly plus benefits.
