Duties:
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the facility
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
– Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following proper protocols
– Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities, including incident reports
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary
– Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
– Utilize conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations
Requirements:
– CPR and First Aid certification is required
– Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement is preferred
– Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Excellent observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks
– Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
