Security Guard – *Paid Weekly* – Atlanta Metro Area
We are hiring for security guard opportunities to work for: All Shifts Available – MUST WORK on the WEEKENDS : Must have experience of 3 years or more as a Security Guard
Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
Must have reliable phone or means of contact.
Must have valid driver’s license/ Identification
Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 to 10 hrs.
MUST have experience working Long Shift Hours
Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather.
May be required to work overtime without advance notice.
Must be open to work any shift (including 3rd shift…No Exceptions).
Must have flexible availability and willingness to work on short notice.
Must have reliable transportation.
Authorized to work in the United States. At least one verifiable employer.
Must have impeccable grooming (i.e. ability to adhere to our Appearance and Grooming policy).
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Ability to pass our Pre-Employment screening, including drug test, background check, and social security check.
Neat and professional appearance always.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client sites.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing
Ensure adequate security service and safety of property, guests, employees, while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude
Patrolling the property on foot to make sure areas are secure
Be first to respond in case of emergency, i.e. guest illness, fire emergency, employee accident
Visually inspect on-site areas; conduct safety and security walk through of all departments, public space, outside grounds, parking, emergency exits, doors, etc. Address issues and resolve. Follow set schedule/walk through format, if applicable
Adhere to service standards, ensuring safety and comfort of guests at all times
Verbally communicate, in a calm, positive demeanor, taking control, giving direction in case of any emergency
Maintains high visibility and consistent standards for authorizing access to on-site visitors
The employee may be expected to work in other areas when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
