Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Security Officer for a corporate office building in downtown Chicago. This position requires a professional and customer service-oriented individual with experience in access control and badge systems. The ideal candidate must be able to respond quickly to alarms and handle security situations in a calm and professional manner.

Compensation: $21.01 / hour

Requirements
Minimum Experience: 1+ year in security
Customer service experience required
Experience with access control & badge systems
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to respond to alarms quickly and professionally
Responsibilities
Monitor building access control and ensure compliance with security policies.
Respond immediately to alarms and emergency situations.
Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing security protocols.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
Assist in incident reporting and maintain accurate security logs.
As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
