Security Guard / Door Person Jobs in Solana Beach, CA at The Belly Up & The Sound
Noble Protection Group, LLC is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to work as Security Officers to provide safety and security for clients and staff in a high-traffic retail environment.
*** A Unarmed Security Guard License is an absolute non-negotiable requirement for this position. ***
Schedule is currently full-time and part-time. And we are hiring for multiple shifts.
Qualifications:
– Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong customer service background.
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
– Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours per day).
Schedule:
We are currrently hiring for all shifts between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm, Monday through Sunday.
Starting wage is $22 – $24 per hour.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
