We operate 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

JOB DESCRIPTION
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our property owners
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Must be on-site for this position

QUALIFICATIONS
At least [18] years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Pass an screening process, including phone and/or video chat interview
Valid Driver’s license
Duties:
Patrol assigned area regularly and effectively
Respond to all emergency calls or 911 in a timely manner
Monitor and maintain all exterior and interior doors, windows, gates, signs, signs with lights, locks and access points
Monitor all exterior windows for suspicious activity or illegal activity
Monitor all exterior doors for suspicious activity or illegal activity or emergency access
Monitor all interior and exterior of vehicles and other vehicles used for business operations
Monitor all interior access points to buildings including lobby, lobby areas, offices, stairwells, fire escapes, etc.

Perform routine inspections of vehicles used for business operations in compliance with Lake Adventure Community Association policies and procedures.

Perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment on-site as necessary.
