We are currently looking for a Paralegal/Case Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and fielding client questions
Maintaining client files, updating and checking on statuses regularly with a focus on deadline
Serve as the primary contact with assigned clients
Assist other Case Managers as necessary promoting a teaming environment
Requirements:
Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate or two years of relevant work experience
Customer service skills and experience
Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suites and data entry
Prior legal and/or Social Security experience is a plus
Experience with WORLDOX and Litify is a plus
