Security Guard – Experience Required
Pay $18 – $25 per hour depending on experience.
Must Have Military or Law Enforcement to Qualify. Updated Resume Required.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements will vary based on specific job position:
Must have prior military and or Law enforcement
Work in compliance with the interests of the client within the limits of the facility, it’s employees and visitors
Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts
Complete patrols as required by post orders
Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders
Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders
Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook
Long hours standing up
Willingness to work extended hours
There may be additional responsibilities as specifically required by the client and the assigned post
He or she will be required to follow any other instruction or post orders as requested by direct supervisor or approved client contact in order to maintain positive client relationship.
Ability to maintain a controlled resolve during intense situations, while keeping a safe environment for other officers, clients, vendors and employees within the facility.
Ability to deal tactfully with the public
AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION (Experience must reflect a job where you directly handled conflict in a could-be-intense situation.)
Additional Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts
Must be available to work any time and day
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
Able to:
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
